Ugland Shipping AS has been awarded a charter contract by Statoil ASA for the shuttle tanker VINLAND.
The vessel will be operating in the North Sea and the fixed contract period is for minimum 16 months with options up to total 31 months.
Delivery of VINLAND to Statoil is directly after completion of present time charter contract with Petrobras and the vessel`s scheduled dry docking and class renewals.
We are very pleased with this contract and are looking forward to continue delivery of quality services to Statoil, now also with the shuttle tanker VINLAND, in addition to our services to Statoil in the supply vessel sector.
